Buschang's coaching career has been marked by a steady ascent, with his most recent stint as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Bridgewater College. During his time there, he honed his skills in scouting, player development, program operations, and analytics. Prior to his time at Bridgewater, Buschang served as the Director of Basketball Operations at Canisius, where he was responsible for managing the program's logistics, including team travel, scheduling, meals, camps, equipment, and video duties.
