Since opening in 2017, this restaurant has been known for its cozy, rustic charm with its inviting brick-and-wood décor. The outdoor patio adds a pleasant touch, making it a great spot for al fresco dining. Inside, several large TV screens show sports, adding to the lively atmosphere.

One standout dish is the Buffalo Brussels sprouts, which were the highlight of our visit. Crispy, tangy, and packed with flavor, these Brussels sprouts truly showcase the kitchen's ability to elevate familiar dishes.The Bourbon Burger is another menu item that caught our attention. This juicy patty is topped with a delightful combination of candied bacon, smoked gouda cheese, whiskey BBQ sauce, and Tabasco onion straws, all nestled in a fresh-baked pub bun. While the flavors were decent, the burger didn't quite live up to its mouthwatering description. The Parmesan fries, which were an upgrade, also failed to deliver the extra indulgence we had hoped for.

Unfortunately, the French Onion Crock soup, a comfort food staple, also fell short of expectations. Known for its rich, savory broth and cheesy topping, this version was under-seasoned and lacked the depth of flavor that typically makes it a classic favorite.While Brick & Bourbon has a lot going for it, with its cozy atmosphere, exceptional service, and creative menu, there is room for improvement in the execution of some of the dishes. The Bourbon Burger and the French Onion Crock soup, in particular, did not quite live up to their potential, leaving room for the kitchen to refine and enhance these offerings.

Despite the few missteps, Brick & Bourbon's menu offers a range of tempting options that are worth exploring. The beef stroganoff and the Anytime Monte, a decadent creation featuring shaved country smoked ham, peppered turkey, pecan-smoked bacon, and fontina cheese tucked between thick slices of savory French toast, have piqued our interest. Served with Montamore hash browns, creamy beer cheese sauce, and jalapeño strawberry jam, this dish sounds like a delightful indulgence.With its commitment to exceptional service, inviting ambiance, and innovative comfort food creations, Brick & Bourbon has the potential to become a true hidden gem in the Eden Prairie dining scene. While there is room for improvement in the execution of certain dishes, the restaurant's dedication to providing a memorable dining experience is evident.
