Wareham Police report that the break-ins occurred in the Onset area of the town. Investigators were able to obtain video surveillance footage from the scene, which they used in an attempt to identify the suspect. The individual, identified as 36-year-old Kristopher Foley of Beverly, was found to be in possession of a backpack containing items stolen during the recent break-ins. Foley was taken into custody without incident.

Charges and Outstanding Warrants

Foley was arraigned in Wareham District Court on charges of trespassing, breaking and entering a motor vehicle at night, and receiving stolen property valued at less than $1,200.
