OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – Firefighters rescued one person from a wrecked SUV following a crash in Marion County on Tuesday evening.

Marion County Fire Rescue crews responded to a crash at Northeast Jacksonville Road and 56th Street intersection around 6:10 p.m. One of the SUVs flipped on its side, pinning the driver inside.

After the driver was rescued, they were taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. The driver of the other vehicle was also taken to the hospital.
