Donation Details

Community members and artists are warmly invited to contribute up to six original works of art or fine craft, with each piece not exceeding 10 inches. A wide range of items is accepted, such as paintings, ceramics, jewelry, fiber arts, ornaments, and cards. Local businesses also have the opportunity to donate items for the silent auction. It's important to note that all donations are tax-deductible. Artists have the option to receive up to 30% of the sale of their artwork. The following are the drop-off dates:

Tuesday, December 10: 4 – 6 p.m.

Wednesday, December 11: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 4 – 6 p.m.

Thursday, December 12: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
