Held at Ed Smith Stadium, this family-friendly affair features 40 of the area's finest restaurants and caterers serving up a variety of soups, breads, and desserts. Guests will have the opportunity to select and keep handcrafted bowls, donated by local potters, artists, and students, as a symbolic reminder of the empty bowls they are helping to fill. Sponsors will be invited to attend the "Bubbles & Beignets" reception at 10 a.m., adding an extra layer of celebration to the event. The event chairs, Ron and Jo Jadin, are dedicated to ensuring that this year's Bowls of Hope is a resounding success.Friends FULL of Giving: A Coastal Celebration of Generosity
Rounding out the fall event lineup is the Friends FULL of Giving event, scheduled for November 15th. This evening of food, music, and fun will take place in the picturesque setting of Casey Key, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. All proceeds from this event will benefit the ThankFULL Tummies campaign, which provides turkeys to families in need during the holiday season. The event chair, Lisa Napolitano, is committed to creating a memorable experience that will inspire the community to come together and support the food bank's efforts to ensure that no one goes hungry during the holiday season. These three signature events are a testament to the dedication and creativity of the All Faiths Food Bank team. By offering a diverse range of experiences, from the intimate Autumn Harvest Dinner to the lively Bowls of Hope and the scenic Friends FULL of Giving, the organization is providing multiple avenues for community members to engage and contribute to the fight against hunger.
