"We have been doing group and individual therapy because the most important thing to us is making sure everyone is OK," Hill explained. "We're a family. We're not just clock in, clock out. And it was so important to take care of everybody as people first before we open doors to serve our community."This holistic approach to supporting the Roasted team is a testament to the restaurant's values and its commitment to its employees. By prioritizing their well-being, the management is ensuring that the staff is equipped to provide the exceptional service and hospitality that Roasted's customers have come to expect.

You can close the door, but we're still gonna cook, and still going to feed you because that's what we are going to do."This unwavering spirit of resilience is a reflection of the restaurant's deep-rooted connection to its community. Roasted is more than just a place to enjoy a meal; it is a gathering place, a source of comfort, and a symbol of the neighborhood's strength.
